Neat outfit, anyone know if its anything in particular?
Willy: I'm not certain, but the eye patch looks to be inspired by what the Knave of Hearts wears (played by Crispin Glover). That would make sense, since there was an "Alice in Wonderland"-themed tea party at the White House for the kids.
