The
official website for the 3D theatrical version has stated that the stop-motion classic
The Nightmare Before Christmas will be re-released in U.S. theaters on Friday, October 19th, 2007. There is also word that Tim Burton's stop-motion animated short,
Vincent, will play before the feature, although news of this has not been mentioned for a few months.

Does anyone know how long it will be out for? I think the website said 3 weeks but I'm not exactly sure...
3 weeks sounds like a probable estimate. I think it stuck around in theaters about that long last year.
Yep. 3 weeks...and I FINALLY got tickets this year...
there's a special showing on the 18th where the producers are going to have a discussion panel before the show, i got some tickets to that which is going ot be in the El Capitain theatre in hollywood, i'll be sure to take lots of pictures :)
hey ami, which showing is that? Cause I got tickets to the 7:00 on the 18th, but it didn't say anything about that
Does anyone know how to find out where in the UK is showing it this year. I'm desperate to go and see it
WOOO!
Does anyone know if the rumor that tim was going to remake Freankenweenie is true? i think so but am not exactly sure...
I've never heard that, but it will be awesome if he does!!!
IS there a complete list of theaters showing this anywhere? They'vemade it very hard to search on the website
try my blog, the first post has a list of links that might help, it's hbcfanclub.blogspot.com hope this helps!
jo, that's the one, there's only one showing on the 18th and it's the 7pm one, are you going to the one in hollywood?
Naw, could never afford it, I wish I comul... Also wish to go to the sweeney premire but I can't :''(
Yeah, the El Capitan. They never said anything about the discussion panel, but I'm still excited (I didn't get to see it last year)
OMG it was so amazing!!! I have to wait till Monday to put picutres up on the forum. I swear I saw Danny Elfman at the 7 showing. I'm dissapointed though that not many people dressed up, I did :)
I haven't been here lately. I am pleased to announce that The Internet Movie Database (IMDb) , and Wikipedia have reported Tim's next film, a feature film adaptation of The Spook's Apprentice. The film is to be released in 2009.
I have checked the mentioned sites as well, and they seem to accuarte to me. A 2009 release seems likely, considering the year releases for Tim's previous films. I believe when Tim got replaced by Brad Siberling as the director of Ripley's Believe It or Not! , he picked up this project.
Did anyone that went notice the short film 'Vincent' didn't show? It didn't where I went!
yea they didn't show Vincent :(
