We've just heard the exciting news from Warner Bros. that Tim Burton will be signing Corpse Bride DVDs in New York on Saturday, February 11 and in Los Angeles on Tuesday, February 14. Here are the details:

This is very cool news for anyone lucky enough to live in or close to those cities!
In other news, Aint it Cool News has posted an interesting interview with Tim, where he discusses various topics, including his involvement with Believe It or Not and the Sweeney Todd musical.
Gosh.. I would love to go to the signing in NYC today. My problem is... (aside from living three hours away) that I have to work today.... *siiiiigh*

It was pure chance, i just happened to be in the Virgin Megastore to buy Corpse Bride, and found out about the signing when i walked by a display in the store. im such a huge fan, i was so excited that i was shaking. he was so nice, said hi to me and shook my hand. what an experience.

ReplyDeleteso yeah i was at the signing in hollywood and it was soo messed up i got there before 8:30 and i didnt get close to getting in.... i was sooooo mad... cuz in valentines day i was standing line instead of going out and having a good time.... urrrr i was soooo mad they should get their acts together .... and be a lil more polite ...

I went to the signing, but some people took soooooo long with Tim and Danny that I didn't get to go in and meet him. I stood out there for nearly 4 hours and all i got to do was take a picture of them through the glass door.
ReplyDeletei got to meet them both, they were so sweet and they invited me to the corpse bride dvd release party which was amazing as well, and mike johnson and tim were there, being gracious as ever. what a great week! <3
