CatCF August 12 - 14 box office update
According to estimates from Box Office Mojo, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory earned another $7.2 million this weekend, boosting its total North American gross to a delicious $183 million. That already makes it Burton's second most successful film after Batman, and it's on track to break through the $200 million barrier before it leaves theaters. Worldwide, the movie has already earned over $250 million. Why should we care about the film's success?
